Work duties will include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Learning about our products and how to design and detail their uses.<\/li>\n<li>Customer liaison and recording details of the work requested by the client in conjunction with design manager.<\/li>\n<li>Working with junior staff and assisting with work assignments.<\/li>\n<li>Collating information from junior staff in Microsoft Word and Excel and presenting to the Client in conjunction with design manager.<\/li>\n<li>Co-ordinating with the client to finalize work details and selection of product with design manager.<\/li>\n<li>Site measuring and adjusting documentation as necessary prior to ordering if required.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with the ordering of goods from the factory using the program.<\/li>\n<li>Must be proficient in Auto Cad, Sketch up and suitable rendering program.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=&#8221;1_2&#8243; _builder_version=&#8221;4.16&#8243; custom_padding=&#8221;|||&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221; custom_padding__hover=&#8221;|||&#8221;][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.16&#8243; background_layout=&#8221;dark&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p><strong>The successful applicant will require the following skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Current Thai drivers licence.<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience in interior design and \/or sales of joinery.<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in English.<\/li>\n<li>Willing to work from or re-locate to Koh Samui Thailand.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Other terms and conditions (ie: salary and commissions) which are dependent on the candidates skills and experience will be negotiated.<\/p>\n<p>IPM Samui believes in service excellence and exceeding expectations.
