Designed by the multi-award-winning GFAB Architects, Samujana Retreats and Residences are perched on a hillside overlooking a coral cove with private beach access.<\/p>\n

Villa 12 is part of the Phase 1 development and offers an extensive array of facilities and spaces.<\/p>\n

In addition to seven oversized, en-suite bedrooms (five with private Jacuzzis), the villa features a spa room and yoga sala; children\u2019s pool, large rooftop sun deck, 25m infinity edge pool (with fibre-optic lights and underwater sound system).<\/p>\n

The large private cinema (which comfortably seats twenty people and then some) and indoor games room features a bar, table tennis, pool table, and video games.<\/p>\n

What really sets Villa 12 apart is the huge, commercial grade private gym, a full size boxing ring, basketball court and open-air trampoline.<\/p>\n

Brianna Design was privileged to be a major partner in the fit out of this magnificent villa. Using the latest lighting technology, partnered with the Corianillumination series, we have created a special ambiance to the bar and living rooms at night.<\/p>\n

Cabinets cleverly concealed behind zebrano panelling adds a jungle theme to the area and provides ample storage.<\/p>\n

All bedrooms feature our products and finishes from the bed\u2019s with integrated desk area\u2019s to wardrobes, bathroom cabinets, bathroom doors and wall panelling. The games room also feature\u2019s the zebrano theme as does the specialised gym reception area.<\/p>\n
